I am new to this project. My focus is initially distracted as I’m trying to connect with audio. Once I give up on the idea of audio, I’m able to sync with the breathing and focus on the water sample. I imagine my inhale as love, gratitude, and qi flowing in like an ocean wave, and my exhale as love, gratitude and qi flowing out like a wave. After a little while I feel a great sense of peace & calm & love & gratitude. My eyes tear and I am connected with water and nature. Thank you for the opportunity to participate. Reply

Thank you so much for this beautiful meditation. I arrived late from my relationship group with 17 minutes to go. As I started to sync with the breathing, I immediately felt swirling water fall around me, like a hulahoop and my hips started moving with the circular swirling water ... and the swirling water was sparkling with large sparkles and these sparkles were dancing and singing and they were conscious ... and the water was leaping up and dancing and it was water of life and water of joy and the sparkles joined in a circle and whirled round and round with the swirling water of life and joy ... and then a large expanse appeared, a large expanse of calm, flat water and people were walking on the water and holding hands ... and myriads of people were walking on the calm, flat water, walking and dancing and laughing and playing and then the water was frozen and the people were skating and holding hands and dancing and i went below, underneath the ice where the water was cold and dark, sleeping water ... and i asked the water how is this healing the earth? ... and the elemental spirit of the water answered and said that the cold, sleeping blanket of water is cooling and soothing the earth, the cold, sleeping water is embracing and holding the earth and cooling its inflamity and the winter will restore us and bring peace ... and the people continued to skate and dance on the ice above the sleeping water and there was a spirit of joy and life with lights twinkling and happy voices. Today I envisioned the earth breathing and it took a while to get in sync with the breathing today. I felt the earth was having some trouble breathing and that there was some damage that had been done to the breathing cycle ... I just could not sync the breathing of the earth and I realized the earth needs comfort ... I was feeling the need for comfort and I stopped trying to force it and made a cup of comforting macha tea for me and the earth ... my cat also was restless ... and I sipped the tea and felt the warmth and comfort and I remembered what Paul said about the whole earth groaning and struggling and "gutting it out" towards a spiritual renewal and I felt peace and the session ended ... thank you for this enlightening meditation #namaste Reply

Thank you for this enlightening meditation. Today as I began to sync up with the breathing and focus on the image, I was suddenly envisioning microscopic microbes and minerals in the water and I was noticing the prayer for increased health and immunity ... I felt the minerals were beneficial for health but the microbes were not and again, I was having some trouble breathing with the earth and getting in sync with the breathing ... so I grabbed my nebulizer of hydrogen peroxide solution and I began to breathe with that and to disinfect my sinuses and lungs as a disinfection of the earth by proxy and I could feel my old injury and how the sinus on the right seems like it collapsed ... and I breathed deeply into this sinus, opening it up and stretching the muscles of my jaw around the sinus and around my ear canal ... and it was difficult breathing like this but I began to feel a mighty healing energy entering and diffusing through my whole body, lifting me up onto my toes and balancing me up through my hips and into my jaw on the right and this was a powerful energy ... and my body was swaying and undulating again with the heartbeat of the earth and with the heartbeat of the collective psyche as we all were praying for healing and immunity ... and I felt the prayer was for healing and I was receiving a healing as I continued to breathe with the nebulizer and to sway back and forth up on my toes, allowing the weight to move loosely away from the right side of my face and the collapsed sinus and seized and contracted, necrosed muscles of my jaw and upper neck, sharply painful mucles learning to relex are being healed by this powerful energy now possessing my whole body as I feel some powerful isometric contractions through the entire length of my body, from my upper neck and jaw all the way down to my feet as I allow the weight to exit my body through my toes and I feel the connectedness of my entire body, like the connectedness of the earth and the moon and the sun and the galaxy and I am aligning ... and it is exhausting and I feel the tension leaving my body and a peaceful realxation ... I want to lie down and rest in this beautiful peacefulness. Thank you for this healing meditation. Reply
